Southall Eden proved the perfect backdrop for Katie and Chad’s Nashville farm wedding – located south of Nashville near Leiper’s Fork, this venue is known for wedding inspired by the gorgeous country side where the property sits. Charming, sweet, romantic, timeless were just a few words that came to mind as we looked at the amazing pictures from Justin Wright Photography of Katie and Chad’s special day. Their overwhelming love, contrasted by a simple mix of white and blue blooms, rustic decor and vintage details, is obvious in the photos below. Her bridal bouquet of baby’s breath and white hydrangeas, along with baby’s breath bridesmaid bouquet was a departure from what is trending in wedding flowers but the result was unique and perfect for a farm wedding.
You can see more pictures from Katie and Chad’s sweet wedding at the Southall Eden Blog… to such a sweet couple, we wish you many, many year of wedded bliss. It was our pleasure to share in such a special day – congrats! 🙂
What can we say… we are a sucker when it comes to orchids (who isn’t, really?). So when you are asked to work with some of Nashville’s best wedding vendors to bring a super sweet bride’s dream to life, we were stoked. Lindsey and Zach’s big day was definitely a show stopper with a bridal bouquet of white phalaenopsis orchids, accented by a reception filled with dendrobium orchids (so many, we finally lost count!). Using the already dramatic backdrop of the War Memorial Auditorium and the keen design eye of Nashville wedding planner, Angela Proffitt, the final look was over-the-top, take your breath away, spectacular. We even suspended a 4-teir wedding cake by Jay Qualls on the stage of the auditorium… the couple loved it, the guests were wowed and we were so honor to be apart of this special wedding!
The gorgeous pictures below are from pro wedding photographer, Laurie Carpenter. You can see more pictures of Lindsey and Zach’s wedding here but be sure to also check out Laurie’s website… her work is amazing. So happy were could be a part of this one… who’s going to be our next dream wedding? 🙂
With some weddings all the ingredients for a perfect day are right in front of you… A sweet Southern bride, a handsome groom, lots of white roses and hydrangea, bridesmaids dressed in purple, a gorgeous venue and the unmistakable talent of Leslie and Bill from Divine Images. Looking back on the images from Chandin and Robert’s wedding, held last summer at Riverwood Mansion, it’s easy to feel the love, the beauty and divinity of the whole day!
As for our small part in this couple’s special day, the flowers were a classic and elegant mix of white and purple blooms, with touches of greenery and sparkle. We built a dramatic ceremony altar, adding to the garden feel of grounds surrounding Riverwood Mansion. This drama was then carried to the reception space with glitzy table centerpieces. Make sure to head over to the Divine Images Blog to see all the amazing pictures they captured from the whole wedding. Sweetest congratulations to Chadin and Robert on your wedding… loved being a part of this special day 🙂
With Spring in full bloom, many of us are happily putting Old Man Winter’s dark and cold days behind us. That is until you see these stunning wedding pictures from Stephanie and Josh’s white winter Nashville wedding at the Loveless Barn. Maybe it’s the photographer, maybe it’s the happy couple, maybe it’s the gorgeous all white bridal bouquet… sometimes we even surprise ourselves. We hate to boost, but the images captured by the very talented Angela Disrud are simply breathtaking.
Stephanie’s bouquet is a mix of white hydrangea, gardenias, and stephanotis, accented by silver brunia. Together the blooms create the perfect winter wedding look, which we carried to in part to the bridemaids’ bouquets and Josh’s boutonniere. We love white for all seasons and can easily swap elements of this look to fit other seasons. If you are a fan of white wedding flowers you’re not alone as this is proving to be a hot trend for 2012 and we look forward to creating amazing looks like this one for our brides and grooms to come! Best wishes to both Stephanie and Josh… great to work with you both 🙂
If there is one bloom every bride dreams of for her wedding bouquet, the peony is it. Lush, fragrant and delicately romantic, peonies are a perfect fit for a wedding. Kimberly and Eric’s New Year’s Eve wedding took place at Downtown hotspot aVenue and was shot by the oh-so talented, Kristyn Hogan (simply stunning work!). The bride opted for white peonies mixed with pink spray roses and blue juniper berries, making for a stunning compliment to her gorgeous dress. Meanwhile, the bridesmaids’ bouquets included accents of purple lizianthius, coordinating with their purple dresses. Eric’s boutonniere was a mini-version of Kimberly’s bouquet though we used a white rose instead… the larger peony bloom is a bit too delicate to be pinned to a lapel. The end result is peony perfection!
Be sure to visit Kristyn Hogan’s Blog for more pictures of Kimberly and Eric’s wedding. Kristyn really captured some great shots of the wedding party as well as guests ringing in the New Year. Here’s to many more happy New Years for this sweet couple… loved working with you! 🙂
