With countless weddings each season, comes countless wedding ceremonies! Below you can check out some of our most creative aisle designs that are still leading the way when it comes to today’s wedding trends. Enjoy!
Path of Petals: Rose petals are and will always be a mainstay for weddings. Elegant, low cost and timeless, a sprinkling of petals can quickly turn any space into a romantic wedding ceremony. In the pictures below, bright and colorful petals carpet the aisle at Legacy Farms, and musical notes made of petals that add a fun sense of whimsy to one couple’s walk down the aisle.
Flowers at Every Seat! As a alternative or upgrade to rose petals, many couples decorate their ceremony chairs or church pews with small floral arrangements. Easy to move to a reception space after the wedding has taken place, these can also be a clever trick to help stretch your budget. In the images below from The Collection, soft and romantic flowers decorate an outdoor aisle at Belle Meade Plantation, and mason jars filled with yellow and blue blooms at Front Porch Farms.
Dramatic Altars: Some of our couples think big when envisioning their wedding day altar. Whether in a grand church or transforming an outdoor courtyard, we are up to the challenge of bold and dramatic! The looks below include an archway of blooms at Riverwood Mansion, a gorgeous rose centerpiece at Whitman’s Chapel at Scarritt Bennett, and finally a winter wonderland style shoot at Legacy Farms.
Creative and Unique: With countless (and amazing) wedding venues in the Nashville area, we have been really fortunate to have worked at so many. Each offers a different opportunity to play to the strengths of the space. Add a bride with a vision, our talented crew and… voila! Creative, unique and one-of-a-kind ceremony spaces. In desceding order… we created an outdoor altar at Legacy Farms, hung flowers in Southall Eden’s Barn (shot by JHenderson Studios), soft colors atop a hill at Front Porch Farms (shot by Phindy Studios), created a candle wonderland again at Legacy Farms (shot by Ulmer Studios) and channeled a secret garden at CJ’s Off the Square.
Big thanks as always to all the great photographers that send me these pictures… you always make our work look so amazing! Shout out to Ace Photography, Divine Images, Mandy Whitley Photography, JHenderson Studios, The Collection, and Phindy Studios!
The styles and amount of ceremony site selections is wonderful. They represent some very innovative and trendy ideas. Love the roses for an aisle runner.
